The name is chic and the showroom jazzy but alas the quality and after sales customer service is poorest of poor. I had purchased a four seater marble top dining set about a year back. Within one week one leg of a chair broke. The this was duly repaired by the shop after calling them couple of times. Then slowly all legs of all chairs started giving way. The shipowner stopped giving any response thanks to Covid. I got all chairs gas welded from a private person on my own. Close inspection reveals the design of chairs itself is faulty. Please take care you might end up buying unscientifically designed furniture

Nice Courteous Prompt Staff. Very Good Designs kept which are normally not found in Pune. Bit costly but does provide good after sales service. Got replaced 3 items without fuss, as found manufacturing defect in received goods in packed condition without any questions asked. Owner Onkar is polite, humble & down to earth and Shubham, representative which I had dealt with is also quite humble & transparent in dealings. Due to Covid, there were some hiccups in service but it is quite understandable. Highly recommended for individual who needs quality goods.

we have purchased the entire bungalow furniture a week back from this shop A very decent collection of imported furniture we took 4 bed room sets dining 8 seater Italian marble top M&D brand Sofa and many more . Our architect and interior designer had suggested this shop . He himself had purchased few things for his house will highly recommend to go and but the furniture from there as the service and quality is excellent. They delivered all in time with such a small notice period . Eventually the Center we purchased was not going with the theme they changed it immediately and sent the another. we liked the store and the staff's were well behaved Buy the best quality furniture at a very reasonable rate

Whether small shopping or big, the customer has to be treated equally. This showroom doesn't qualify for any stars in Customer Care Category. Instead of the name, the people working in this shop should try and imbibe the discipline and courteous behaviour of the Italians. Not just the name. I had to buy 3 Bar Stools. I was bluntly told that " We won't be able to sell you 3 bar stools. We have to place an order of 10 and hence selling you only 3 bar stools would be of no use to us." This shows what sort of regressive mindset these people are. I would urge everyone that if you have a cartload full of requirement then only visit this shop, else you would be treated like an unwanted person.
