Gouri & Amit Ranaware. First of all, we would like to thank Dr. Pratibha for delivering our cute baby boy safely & her staff was also good & very nice during the C- section procedure. We had to do the C _ section in emergency and Dr. Helped us on her very best during this covid19 situation. We were very panicked but Dr. Assured us that there's nothing to worry and also made both baby & mother very safe after operation.... The sisters/ nurses were also very co_ operative & caring in nature & coming frequently to took care of both baby & mother. Diksha & Lokesh Pandey I met Pratibha mam way back in 2014. Being new to pune ,went to her for very minor issue like weakness and weight loss. Not knowing that she is a gynaec, I discussed basic problems (all problems apart from those related to gynaecology) with mam and was very comfortable with her.... I may say that I became so comfortable with ma’am that even for a common cold, fever, low bp or headache, I used to consult Pratibha ma’am and not any physician. Fast forward to year 2019 and I met mam again. This time we were planning to start our family....Unfortunately, it was not as easy as we used to think and this is where Pratibha mam stood by me, guiding me emotionally and practically....She helped me understand that there was no issue and it should not worry me as everything was normal. Few months down the line ,the good news was shared ️..... Again the care was personal and I could see the attention in her eyes and behavior towards me... Under her able guidance she tracked the progress card of baby's growth and used to advice me on a timely basis of what needs to be done.... Finally on the 10 th August ; our baby girl arrived ️. The post delivery care was excellent and the team is very supportive. The personal care that Pratibha mam and her team( Seema, Madhuri, Neha, Sunanda, Sapna) have extended just cannot be thanked enough. This is surely an act that I will always be thankful for. The post operative care and counselling is very much personal and caring. I cannot think of anything better.....!!! I can surely recommend mam & her team to any future parents. Thanks & Regards. "MIRACLES HAPPEN EVERYDAY" A very very big thanks to our angel-like Doctor ."PRATIBHA CHAVAN “ who was always with us throughout ( starting from pregnancy planning till delivery and of course after that as well ).our journey, we are blessed with baby boy ...... Our case was a high-risk pregnancy case , but the way the doctor handled is commendable the way she has managed our case at the time of delivery, was simply AMAZINGGGGG........ Based upon our experience with, Dr. Pratibha Chavan, we must say, FIRST GOD IS GOD, AND SECOND GOD IS DOCTOR . At the time of delivery , Doctor was in frequent conversation with my husband which gave us mental satisfaction as well . Hi , We are very happy for getting such treatment, monitoring care, service from doctors,sisters and all caring staff . Myself and my wife is alone in pune .But in these 3 days I never feel like alone. All sisters behave like my family member. Regarding room quality it feels like home. Bed & room is very good . Dr.Pratibha is a master, she ensures all the phase during pregnancy are happy rides with her caring, and confidence-boosting words. She ensures we feel relax even in the critical phase of delivery, I remember she once said, " I am the captain of your plane, you just seat & be relax ". These words really makes us safe, relax & comfortable. All the staff is Caring and ensure follow up been done regularly. We conceived in lockdown period and wanted a female doctor (Gynec) near to our place. We got to know about Dr. Pratibha through Google reviews. Our first meeting with Dr. Pratibha was enough for us to confirm her as our gynecologist. She explains every detail of pregnancy with patience and answers every question to the patient's satisfaction. All the staff from maushi, to Reception, nurses are super friendly, co-operative and caring. We got the best guidance, care and love from Dr.Pratibha and her staff. It was Dr. Pratibha's confidence which led to my Normal Delivery. She answered all questions and guided even through videos. It was her quote, “kai nai hot masta enjoy kar pregnancy Ani delivery”. That made me more comfortable.... Also, Hospital hygiene is best. The friendliness and sense of humor of the doctor and team made us more comfortable and that's the reason we could ask all silly questions related to pregnancy. Definitely would recommend Galaxy Hospital to everyone. Best wishes to Dr.Pratibha Chavan, and the team. It was the best decision to deliver through her hands....!! We blessed with baby girl and we would like to thank Dr. Pratibha and all galaxy Hospital staff for delivering our cute baby girl safely and caring me n my baby. Staff was also good, very caring and co-operative during complete my pregnancy period. We had to do the C section, as position of the baby was not correct... Dr. Pratibha madam helped us with her birth during this COVID-19 situation. Hospital was very clean and sanitization done frequently. Thanks to team of Galaxy Hospital.
