They don't even deserve one star. All are fraudsters filled in there. No one attending calls. No one reverting to my e-mails. I took a 5 year membership with Gallivant International. And this is the 3rd year! Every time when I wish to book and contact them, the customer support never helps. Even after the Corona settles, we are not going anywhere. Can anyone help please? How to get my hard-earned money back from Gallivant???? Any contacts? How to call or send them an e-mail? All that they provided are fake. Nothing is working. Please help..

I was also cheated by this fraud company. After so many follows up and quarrel they gave my hard earned money back. Wat I feel is - instead of giving online complaints we should make a team and lodge a fraud complaint on this company and their directors. So they can be punished as per law and all the promoters and directors would not able to cheat others by forming such type of company in future.

This is a big fraud . They taken 1 lakh rupees from us. Told you will have 5 year holidays membership. Now no one pick ups call and no answers to email.....we have literally lost our hard earned money

Fraud company. They have cheated me around 3 years back in 2016. I took there 3 year plan for 45k after listening to all the lies that they have told us. But from then on I have contacted them many times but no response.

Our Indian trip was truly Gallivant International. We were two couples who wanted just train travel and small hotels and the company was able to meet all our requirements. The guides were very knowledgeable, and the chauffeurs were excellent. The support staff were there to meet us, and ensured that all the train travel was an enjoyable experience. We will use them again for future trips.
