Have not received my parcel yet. It's been more than a week. They promise to deliver on the stipulated date but are always late. And hence the parcel always arrives after the occasion is over. It's sad.

Very good service. My parcel had arrived but couldn’t be delivered because of wrong PIN code. Went to this Post Office as online tracking showed parcel was here. Staff was very cooperative. Managed to locate the parcel in less than 5 mins. I was out in 5 mins. Great service.
All employees are lazy persons they are not working properly. I send to one speed post parcel from hyderabad to pune aundh.i send monday means 18-1-2021. Till now not received parcel to my friend I send speed (register post). In online tract shows 21-1-2021 received parcel at ganeshkaind S. O but till now not received parcel I written adress perfectly but in ganeshkaind employees are very lazy persons and irresponsible,if you want adress proof i have . Today ganeshkaind employees are parcel sent return they are written in comment insufficient adress.
All phones shows busy they have removed it and kept side this is not the service Worst worst worst ever seen if below zero please let me now i will give -10.
Very poor services. Do not rely on India post for anything. Rather use Delhivery,Amazon,Bluedart or even Nyaaka. They deliver in 2-7 days. India post is good for nothing.No wonder what services they offer and why we can’t rely on the government officials. Change India! We need to wake up. Stop sleeping in your seats and give a service we deserve.
I am highly dissatisfied with the response. Always the contact number shows busy. Parcel never reaches in time. Takes a lot of time in processing. Don't even know if the parcel will ever be reached or not.
We can't contact them on any number.. on tracking found that parcel is delivered on 12th and even after 13 days we have not got it no contact .. we ourselves had to go pick it in corona..
Wake up and deliver.
