They are very good in service and will guide you patiently as per your need, In the beginning I found the frames little expensive but their designs were unique so I went ahead and bought one, I got a lot of compliments on my choice, but my reason to write a review is that my friend by mistakenly broke the handle of my frame after few months of buying, I took it to them to see if something can be done the next day, they were very sweet to take it and told me they will see if they can repair otherwise I will need to go for another option, they requested for 4-5 days because their service centres are in Mumbai, I was reluctant as I had to travel but anyway I took a chance, after few days of waiting I was almost certain that I will get a negative reply but I got a call from them and I was happy to know that my old frame had been replaced without charges with the exact same but completely new frame and then they replaced my lenses to the new frame and I had almost brand new specs (old lens) I couldnt thank enough, that day I realised better to take an premium frame and good service than cut costs in the beginning. The staff is really good there. (the the only flaw with Gangar is the the time factor of delivery of lens when you buy a new specs as it goes to Mumbai for everything, if you are based in Pune but its negligible to everything else) Thank you again.

No proper guidance... I made my glasses here but it didn't suit me... my eyes are paining... checking was done by their doctor and made by their suggestion... still no use... Rs.4700 wasted

My mom got her eyes checked and spectacles done at Gangar Eyenation. Soon she got her spectacles, her eyes started watering. It increased day by day. She visited ophthalmologist, to find that number was so incorrect that her eye caught severe infection and would have caused permanent damage to her eye if she would have delayed her visit. She got her eyes checked again and number was much lesser. When this was narrated to Gangar Eyenation, they apologized for sake of it and said we will replace specs. They chatted amongst each other, blaming amongst themselves. Specs were replaced but my mom had to take heavy dose of medicines to recover. Not only cost of this medicines was high, but it also took toll on her body. They are extremely careless and unprofessional. Eyes are delicate part of human body, people must avoid such stores.
