Worst property dealer, they simply lay trap for customers. They seem to be cooperative once you go for flat visit but they show their true colors when you give them booking amount. Brokerage is meant not only for making profit but it also goes in for maintenance of flat which they are providing for rent. But these people are least concerned about it & that too for 45 days of brokerage. Not recommended at all. Avoid this property dealer and save your money.

very very much unprofessional owner he has taken a token money for a flat from me , the team and condition for a token money was non refundable, i accepted all the teams and conditions, i spent my 7 days with them and final the flat, i start my shifting work, then i got a call from gemini prop owner that flat is not available it will take a 1 month to get a possession. then i visit to there office, the owner and staff was so so unprofessional, will talking with us, owner start bad word, pushing me, and owner denies to give my token back, so please please to not ever deal with gemini prop viman nagrar. they all are mawali and gunday peoples. only mawali and gunday people can deal with them, not a professional people.

These guys lay trap for you , will charge brokerage every 11 months, they are trying , if i am staying in same flat , whats the logic of of paying brokerage again. If you wont give they will threaten you , its nothing but terrorizing people. Please avoid this agent if you want mental peace.
They set a trap for tenants. It all starts with them acting nice while you are looking for flats. But once you book a flat and your rental agreement is done, they'll show their colours, act mean. And they, especially the owner, has no knowledge of any civilised ways of talking to customers. He'll use very rash and harsh words if you try to confront them with a problem. This might not be true from a house owners point of view, since owners are long term customers for these brokers.
Group of fraud and liars. They called me to show the property but they never showup and whenever I called them, they kept on saying we are coming in 5min but never showup till date.
Cheats.they Charge Brokerage for the second year as well,for rent agreement renewal. Blot on real estate consultants.
