Professional and courteous behaviour by staff. Felt being "in good hands" when I visited and looked into options for servicing my bicycle. Pricing is at a premium side though but you get branded and professional service and accessories.

An amazing experience with Giant family. Excellent product & after sale service. I have almost completed a year no prob what so ever. The two free services were beyond expectation, specially the second Platinum service which consist of a full tear down. Once of the support staff who works here tried to fleece me while his manager was not in the store by over pricing their service package for a kids cycle. I have come here before but will never go there again because of that one guy who is a a thief and a liar

The servicing was absolutely top-notch. My cycle felt better than the day I first got it. 100% would go back for anything related to the bike. My LA Sovereign started making a lot of noises while switching gears and the brakes weren't working properly, basically it felt quite old. But after the servicing, the bike hasn't felt this smooth ever.
