The overall interaction and care by team GoMechanic supported by executive Janvi Madam operating from its HO is truly noteworthy. Nonetheless, the actual action depends upon the local team . Overall service is satisfactory.

#Never Choose Gomechanic. We booked car serving from Gomechanic and it gave us very bad experience and created threat for our family. Incident after servicing car from Gomechanic : This was biggest mistake which would have cost lives of my whole family. We were travelling to Mumbai on Thursday 21/01/2021. After driving 20-30 kms smoke was coming out from our car. Somehow, my husband shutdown engine immediately and took my car out of road. When he open ed car bonnet he found all oil was spread all over machine and my car was about to take fire. While servicing they did not close the cap and a boiling oil was coming out and spread all over machine. There was 99% of taking fire because oil was also hot and machine also. This could have cost lives of our family. This was an incidence. The frustration and harassment can’t explain but all technical things explained with proof.

So here is the review, I went to them with malfunctioned steering and thinking it would be cheaper than the service station, ford's are generally expensive. Here are the following problems- 1. They are as expensive as that of the ford service station but at the quality of the neighbourhood garage. 2. The I opted for car washing , all they did was wiping (hehehe). 3. Their customer care (uncare) are bad (understatement) coz they are hardly reachable. 4. They offered me some free coupon (which was not heard off) when they presented the bill. Long story short, rationally do yourself a favour take services of your friendly neighbourhood garage but not thru "GoMechanic". DO NOT USE GoMechanic.

Let me take this opportunity to review GoMechanic Pune Hassle free service. TATA AIG and GoMechanic combination worked just perfect. I registered claim to TATA AIG and then they provided Authorized service Centre as GoMechanic. Gajanan from GoMechanic had been assigned to my work. He made sure of prompt service and quick survey from TATA AIG. My Car’s Alloy wheel was broken and it was not available anywhere in Pune and GoMechanic had ordered it from Noida, but it was taking time to deliver. When I personally enquired at other Showroom then it was available there and I informed the same to Gajanan, keeping customers priority in mind, Gajanan allowed me to purchase part from Showroom and he made sure to fix in GoMechanic Garage (Trinity @ Pimple Saudagar, Pune), along with that they changed the damaged Tyre. I had paid both amount (Alloy wheel directly from Showroom and Tyre from Shop near to Trinity), and same got credited in my account within 3 days. Thanks to GoMechanic for their prompt and customer centric service. Also thanks to TATA AIG for their Zero depreciation Policy which deducted only 1k processing fees. Highly recommended GoMechanic service.

DON'T USE GOMECHANIC. READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO. I gave my car for servicing and when I got the car back, I started facing lot of issues.1)Engine started making lot of noise, 2)Pick up became poor,3) Milange went down from 13 to 9 kmpl. When I complained it to Gomechanic, they ask me to the workshop. The workshop was very shady and didn't look like a place where I would send my car ever. They didn't understand the issue and asked me to complain to Gomechanic. MONEY GOT WASTED. MY CAR IS RUINED.

The complete nonsense service.. they have not changed the engine Oil ...while I was committed that they will remove old oil and refill with new oil... I came to know when my car get heated while driving 30 40 Kms.. I got this checked and came to know that the engine oil is completely waste... seems they not changed it or they just top up it with few grams.. keep cheating guys.. good luck for more business like this

My original Maruti mats were missing. I called and checked....waited no response and later just an apology... upsetting Vehicle makes noise now. Indicator has trouble . I would not recommend anyone to use this .
