A Okay place for limited shopping. Neat and clean place Its not big place of a shopping complex. There are few cafe's and shops at ground floor. On rest of the floor have office spaces and various businesses like Doctors, Pathology lab, Real Estate and IT companies on the other floor of this complex.

The place is not a much big of a shopping complex, there are some cafe's and shops at the ground floor. But apart from that the rest floors have office spaces and various businesses. There are many Real Estate and IT services companies on the top floor of this complex.

Nice place calm & peaceful. It's on main road but no noise in offices. Management team is very helpful. While movement of my office to this premises they help me allot. I thought they will not allow to use lifts but they walk-up to me & asked me to use service lift for shifting my stuff. Security is also good they don't allow outsiders wheels for parking inside.

Small mall mainly having laddies stores, doctors and small offices. 50% unoccupied. Well maintained by staff in terms of lifts, hygiene and corona related rules. A good place for small business stores and offices as it is located in new developing residential area near Dhanori, Pune.
