Its a reasonably priced salon. Not at par with an Enrich or a Lakme studio. But decent. Staff is limited and trained to multi task as opposed to a salon with different people who are allocated different functions. Whatever they do they do a sincere job. However for hair they do need more skilled hairdressers. They have only one person and she is ok. Could do with more training. Guess is all her skills are practised while on the job. Doesn't seem professionally trained. And for people like me who are paranoid about a hair job going wrong wouldn't risk it.

Nice Ambience. Good Work. Not much of waiting or crowd and disturbance. Quiet and Peaceful. Even the staff is good.

Very good service. New equipment and interior design makes the experience much more sophisticated. New room for skin treatment and steam. 4 stars because I had to wait 20mins for my turn but it was worth it.

Horrible service at grace for women. Hygene is an issue they use tubs for manicure n pedicure without washing the tub used for other ppl. The towels are filthy. I would never recommend them. They finished two manicures n pedicures in 1/2 hour for two people. They r quite incompetent and unhygenic
