Alarming Review: Do Not Buy Issues are as follows: 1. Maintenance issue; 2. No clarity on society formation; 3. You can not approach to the builder for any issue; 4. No redressal of common grievances; 5. No management of society fund; 6. No audit of society maintenance fund; 7. Old flat owners who have been in the Society for more than 3 years now enjoying maintenance fund of new flat owners because no one is asking to them for society maintenance; 8. Once you take possession, you will start facing issues; 9. Last but not least, poor management of everything.

House is dream for middle class people and getting the right one as dreamed is really big thing. We finalized our dream house hear and we are happy with our decision. Nice sorrounding, nice people, calm place.
