Most horrible customer service experience. My net is down for 5 days i have to call up everyday, the issue resolves for 5 mins but the executives close the request immediately. No technician is available to tell what is wrong exactly. They keep resetting our modem which dsnt help either. They escalate my request but i get no further call from technician n the issue is closed. Really fed up with the service

Worst Service Provider. I am facing Connectivity Issues since 4 months and the technical person doesn't even care. I also visited the Kothrud Office, but ''Employees" didn't even respond to my queries. Speed fluctuation is very high. Most of the times speed is slow. Please don't go for Hathway. I request PLEASE.

Pathetic service. Every other day there is network issue. The wifi goes off anytime and we have to raise request in some stupid App. No customer representative picks up the call. Poor service.
