Using Hathway broadband for almost one year. The internet data speed is issue for most of the time in Karve Nagar Pune region. Also the app based complaint resolution system is worst. Won't get even single call before complaint closure. Shifting to other operator surely

Extremely bad service ..... while it works, it is okay however, once something goes wrong, it becomes very tiresome to follow up and get the problem resolved. I have been having this exceeding horrible experience since the past two months. I have two connections at my home. Whenever I lodge complaint it gets registered against only my first connection. If that connection is okay, the complaint simply does not get attended to, though the problem may be with the other - the newer connection. Though the the connections are in the same name, there should be two distinct records in their database for these. My newer connection is out of order since Oct. 25. Time and again I have registered a complaint using their app. Every complaint mentions the account no. (which is distinct for every connection) very explicitly. Also, their telephonic support is often not accessible. In the recent case, I have been able to connect to their telephonic Support service only once. In spite of all this follow up, the connection still lies dead. The last time, my other connection went out of service, they were able to resolve the problem satisfactorily, only after a 2 to 3 weeks of delay. They are simply horrible in their service ! :(

Very bad service. Internet speed doesnt match up to what they give on paper. The router they have given is so bad, cant get enough network in the next room only. I dont know how come other people have given such good reviews here, but definitely we are not getting good service here.
