Worst customer support...most of the Employees are working with Zero knowledge in almost every branch....if someone comes for claim issue, they dnt knw anything about it....they will just say just do it online....one with good knowledge cn go for online process...but who will take care of Senior Citizens n Poor People???? Plz take care of atleast after sales service

Worst car insurance. They are not aware of the rules and later on blame the customers. Get much better service from Bharati Axa for my other car insurance. Next yr will be shifting my hdfc car insurance to Bharati Axa.

The quality of service is very poor. I bought a vehicle with an existing HDFC ERGO Insurance on it. I have had to physically visit their office twice, pay 385 INR, multiple phone calls to their Mumbai call centre and emails all done. The policy still hasn't been transferred in my name!! I wonder how pathetic HDFC ERGO service will be if I need to settle a claim!!!

Is a very good company. There system and claim settlememt process is really good. Its 3 largest player in Pvt insurance company. Office is easly visible from road.
