My mother had her hemorrhoid surgery here, our whole experience was wonderful. We are really impressed by the way Dr. Mayur treated my mother and thanks to him and the whole cooperative staff of Healing Hands Baner for a seamless experience. The operation facility here is top class, spotless. it doesn't feel like a hospital. They also help you with all the mediclaim stuff. I would like to point out the post operative care that they provide which is very nice and I must say very rare now a days. My mother had grade 3 piles so she was very uncomfortable after the operation for few days, but the doctors especially Dr. Mayur and Dr. Vaibhav who calmed us down and assured that these signs are expected. Its been two months and my mother is doing very well. Thanks again to the whole HHC team !!

I went to healing hands for Grade 3 Haemorrhoids after suffering pain for years. I consulted Dr. Deepak and he advised me surgery. The surgery was performed by team of Dr. Deepak and Dr Mayur. The surgery went absolutely fine and I was able to resume office in 3-4 days and completely recover in a months time. During the whole process, Healing Hands team was very supportive and cleared all my doubts regarding surgery with utmost patience. Their caring attitude and smiling faces reduced my anxiety and gave confidence to go ahead with the operation. Even after the surgery they kept regular track of my progress and advised changes to make the recovery process fast. They helped me with all the documentation required for insurance claim which minimised my hassles. I would like to thank Dr. Deepak and Dr. Mayur for the operation. I would specially like to thank Dr. Mayur for being available any time during post operative period to listen to my smallest of concern patiently with a smile and provide the resolution. Also I would like to thank Dr. Jaymala and Kunal for taking care of all administrative work without any followups. One of the best specialized hospital in India. They are taking good precautions during Covid-19 pandemic time by adhering to the best practices. Many milestones the Hospital has achieved and wish them they keep achieving in future too. The doctor are well experienced. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors explain the ailments and the procedure in detail to patients and their family Staff needs to communicate with patients in prior while re scheduling patient's turn with other patient for doctors consultation inside hospital, may be due to an emergency reason. Overall my experience ratings 4.8 All the best to the entire team.
