We booked an actual face to face consultation with a doctor and you gave the appointment even though he was not available. After reaching there, the receptionist asked whether we want to talk to him on the Phone which makes no sense since we were already there. If we wanted to talk on the phone then we wouldn't have booked face to face consultation and travelled all the way to your clinic. Plus the receptionist was not very friendly and made us wait alot for the receipt. You should understand that the patient isn't feeling well already and try to be a bit friendlier at least.

Unprofessional nurse. Don't know how to do dressing also . I needed a dressing on my palm thumb. The dressing they did , did not last for even 4 hours. It loosened up and started comming out from my thumb. And they charged 150 for doctor consultant which has not needed and 100 for dressing and to my experience i hv been charged 50 on other well known clinics. I do not suggest this clinc for any medical help.

The doctors at the clinic are good but the problem of the clinic lies at the reception staff. Very poor coordination done by reception staff between patients and doctors regarding the appointments. Posting the review after my 3rd bad experience.

Pathetic service, twice my appointment is cancelled and is not on time. Mismanaged system and also they will charge you before your problem is sorted and ask you to wait. They should have a proper communication with the availability of Doctor and then only provide the timings, giving bad weather condition is not a justified excuse. I won't recommend anyone to come here!!!
