Completely hopeless service and fully unskilled engineer, they broke the toner tray and now I can't even open the toner tray from the printer, if I want to replace the toner or remove paper from toner area I can't do it.

Powerful processor,it is a beast! Light weight, feels like a ultrabook. Good design , nice premium look. Good battery life , 8 hours when it is on powe saver mode and just browsing.Upgradeanle ram. Nvme ssd option. Perfect keyboard, this keyboard is better than those in much more expensive models. Very thin bezels. Buy a DK0269TX Laptop Purchased from HP World khodape banner ,.
