It is one of the best showroom ever. However I will suggest to visit this place during odd timings as that can ensure you a more royal and better treatment. They treat you pretty well. Staff is decent and works with manners and protocols. Coffee is good, even if you don't purchase vehicle, they treat you fairly well....

Pathetic experience Just because of that experience I am not at all considering Hyundai Car. Looks like they have got more than they deserve. Worst customer service and zero attention to new customers. Will surely not recommend this.

Unprofessional, liars and worst at what they do is how I would call Kothari Hyundai. Did I mention cheaters:). I bought bought my i20 from them in Feb 2015 at the time of taking delivery of my car during first service, I noticed 2 dents on the roof upon enquiring I was informed they were there from the beginning on pressing them they mentioned they'll check the cctv footage on what happened nothing showed up. So they asked me to file a insurance claim or else it would be blamed on their support representative, as she did not inspect the car on arrival and she might lose her job, so I obliged. I was provided with 3m coating package which I never availed. As I was furious with what happened and never went back there. Now comes the best part and the reason why I'm writing this now, the painting they did after this incident is literally peeling off. If anyone's interested I'll share pictures. Now about their services, go to them for general service they'll tell something else is wrong and needs replacing, this is how they make you cough up money. How do I know these Kothari guys fool us because I've got friends, cousins who service there cars here as it's close to EON IT park. Edit, posted pictures for reference.

Very courteously repaired my power window involving 20 mins of technical work free of cost. Full marks for customer delight. Unfortunately, their repair work cause another issue and I had to return to fix that (which they promptly did) But Will continue to visit them for my vehicle needs.
