Poor staff not at all helping out even it’s our account and in pandemic we can’t go to bank. Not even any support person is helpful in this situation to me.They don’t have any exception to access dormant account from USA . Bad service to NIR customers. I called 100 times to get help but even it’s your money you can’t access it. No point to put money in this bank.

Arrogant staff. You’re a private bank, even psu banks are getting better now, where are you heading to? Specially the man siting at entrance. I asked him about the communication address change and he told me it’s not possible along with the advice that if that’s not okay with me I can apply for closure of account. Only possible thing he didn’t know is I’m holding almost 20 accounts in ICICI of which 4 are current account. And I’m transferring all of them to other bank. Congratulations ICICI.

The ATM is always closed since the corona pandemic. It seems all people from Baner area are left with no choice but to go to Aundh branch as the next door ATM is still sick.

One of the third class and worst branch of ICICI Bank Pune. My Service request is pending from more than 2 months, no response from concern person, no contact, no mail , not responding on phone, msg, calls, mails anything. If you guys don't know how to operate bank then please close your branch.

First class service until you become a customer. Third-class service after that. I got a home loan in Feb 2019 with the help of Suraj from this branch. It has been 15 months my PMAY application is still not submitted to NHB. Also, they absolutely do not entertain to your emails or complaints. Even I tried to contact the person from ICICI Baner branch, he refused to help me. Attaching screenshots of conversation with ICIC as well as Suraj from this branch. Conclusion is that, if you are fine with your losses, then get a home loan from ICICI Bank. GOOD LUCK.
