Worst experience. Staff is very rude and lazy. Nevergive good service. I have visited 5 times only for credut card follow up. Next time for demand draft due to crowd they simply denied to help. When I say I don't have use of this bank account if you are not servin well their answer very rude. They said if you want to close account you can go out stand in the line and take a tocken. Very bad experience.

Is it really same icici which I used to associated since last 18 years??? If anyone wants to experience how will be scenario in case government acquires Icici :) .... First time experienced how staff and branch manager (deputy) can be rude with customer. On top of that customer care IVR for loan is having technical issues since two months (???)

Five Stars are far less for outstanding service and ultimate customer support extended by ICICI Chinchwad Branch staff. We have enjoyed more than a decade long healthy relationship with chinchwad branch. Branch Manager is very supportive . We wish them all the best.

Worst experience. Not even willing to give a single star. No one picks up call. Took 2 hr. in line then simply said sorry its not possible to resolve issue.

Most worst branch of ICICI...I hardly think icici will actual work on these reviews as most of them already posted on this problem but nothing changed...Minimum 2 hour you need to spend here..kind of government bank where you need to stand in a queue in the current situation...

Tried calling the branch several times but it keeps giving message that number is not available....is there another number or email ID of the branch manager?

Worst branch ever, very less staff and to do work of 2 min you have wait for 2 or 3 hrs , always we can see huge line outside branch, and surprisingly no improvement by authorities. Work is so slow that even government banks seems better compair to Chinchwad branch. Never ever prefer this branch , worst worst and worst .. BIG ' 0' from my end
