It seems to be one of the most incooperative branch. Employees are least interested to attend you. It is very hard for you to get anything explained here. Hard to get your queries solved. Overall bank seems to be organised but youay fell that the employees are at times a bit rude.

Employee at this branch of ICICI work in the way as per their convenience. They don't care for time of the customer. Today I visited this branch for some update request for my friend's account.At the starting 1-2 employee just do time pass by listening the query and ask to wait for minutes until their senior employee (in the working hours he is away due to his personal reasons) come. When I had asked why it is taking this much time they just asked me to meet some other employee and he just said this request can't be done it by giving silly reason. Even they don't have complete knowledge of the activities because this request was already confirmed with customer care over the call. Overall what I noticed here is environment of the branch is very bad. ICICI should look into this as customers are not getting service as per the name of ICICI.

I don't have option to give zero start to this branch. I am travelling abroad due to my project need and wanted to update the OTP registered mobile number with another number because my registered number is not working abroad. after getting instruction from customer care , I asked my friend to visit this branch and given authority letter as well as ID proof to do same but they didn't help him out and given any word of advise.... no customer friendly and employee feel like they are your boss ..

Worst experience with this branch. Before investing in some of the products frequently follow up was taken by ICICI person. After investing I realised proper information and guidance was not provided. Be careful of the suggestions given by ICICI person regarding schemes, its tenure and locking period.

The branch is actually located near to reliance mart. It has been shifted from kpct mall but not updated in the google map. The new location is not that much far away from the kpct mall.
