Parking is a concern, work upon it. Educate patrons to use majority services available online/ mobile.Waiting lounge to have videos on services rather than banners for loans. Request them to seek for an appointment prior showing up. This would drastically reduce footfall in these stringent times of pandemic. Let's honour, motivate n incentivise service providers. Follow three different algorithm at levels as applicable Viz. Divide n conquer, Bubble sort n FIFO. REMEMBER -Customers are your ambassadors. All the very best, Keep it up..

One of the best ATM's i have ever seen. Nice and clean. Amongst the prime road. 3-5 cash withdrawl machines and one cash depositing machine. Even people to help there are good and ready to help.

Worst service. The relationship manager for my current a/c don't event bother to respond to emails/calls. Giving standard excuse of Corona situation in today's digital world. I don't know why he is assigned to me as RM if he can't provide service.
