Staff is unhelpful and do not resolve the query. Branch staff is worse than PSU bank staff. They keep rotating you to different department for days until you finally give up and not call them again.

Icici bank is know for its service, though this place also adhere to some extent but not to the fullest. Staff here is quite fair but does not responds to all your query. The ATM here helps people 24x7 that is the best part. Apart from this bank has good infrastructure as a bank. So overall a good bank with ok services.

Misguidance by bank staff ICICI web page shows this kalyani nagar branch as Full fledge branch but when you visit branch the staff does not take your service request and ask you to go another branch saying this branch is not full fledged. waste of time.

It is one of the subsidiary branches of ICICI Bank in Pune. There is a good ATM service which has got 3 ATM machines. Other services are available when the bank opens after 9.30 am, and it is open till around 4 pm. But services like opening a demat account or a trading account are not available here. For this you have to go to the main branches at Bund Garden or Shivaji Nagar in Pune City.

Worst branch I ever seen in my life, staff is avoiding his work. None is there to helping consumer. If we complain to branch manager , after day they behave as it is. Please hardly requesting to you close this branch or change whole staff. For NEFT or RTGS they are taking almost 2 hrs , it's happening with me 4 to 5 times. For statement also they taking 45 minutes. Mainly they don't know how to talk with customers ( alway use ignoring language). In case of emergency work that time also they are doing nothing for customers. Please close this branch or change whole staff .

Try to generate link for debit card and credit as well... It doesn't work . No reply from customer care . Customer service is not working .one month no solution .do not open current account in icici bank
