I wanted to update my contact number but din't carry photocopy.Though there was a working photocopy machine the bank staff asked me to bring my own copies and not proceed without it. I am planning to close my account here due to such bad service. I have my account in other banks .Same time i went to Kotak Mahindra bank for same purpose. They offered me water tea and did all the formalities using my original documents.I must say ICICI should learn some etiquettes from their competitors.

The lady in branch is extremely rude...... she talks with customer very badly and don't want to help them as well. she dont even reply properly. I am extremely unhappy with bank and planning to close my account .

We completed all the formalities to update second account holder's name to the account and the ICICI bank Mayur colony branch simply sat on our request for more than 6 months and don't even have the courtesy to apologize for not doing their job.

No response to customer telling to wait 2 minutes I waited for more than 5 minutes then also no response then they told me to wait more 5 minutes very bad experience here gonna recommend not opening a account here in this branch no problem with the bank but only with branch

New Manager (Lady) has no respect towards clients and my staff went to inquire for my bank account issue but that madam didn't treat him friendly and poor behaviour. I preferred previous madam (i don't remember name but tall lady)
