Superb banking experience. It's all digital and automatic, they have cash and cheque deposit machine as well. The lady at the counter adjacent to the machine kindly helps anyone struggling with the deposit. The staff overall is very helpful and polite, they answer any questions you may have and also educate you on easier and better ways to get your job done.

We had a bad experience about ICICI Bank & we will not recommend this bank to anyone at all. We wanted to open a current account for our Pvt. Ltd. company one of the sales officer Akash Lokhande from ICICI bank paud road branch Pune came to our office, he did all the documentation and took the cheque of 50K and said that I will open the account in 4 days. we provided all the needed documents to him. He is asking for such verifications which are not available on the govt. site we have provided govt. certified ROC still he is saying we need this and that. He is not also updated with the new govt. rules and docs. He said that processing center has rejected our documents and still not returning the cheque as well as docs. Bad staff and no knowledge. ICICI Bank has wasted our time & money.
