I will not say all staff is bad but most of them are there to not solve your queries but to earn incentives, they will convince (force) you to invest where you are not plan to. Also advice they give sometimes are headaches. For me when i was breaking FD they advised for overdraft facility Paying more i am suffering more now.

Worse Experience with Icici bank..I visited two three times to renew my Gold Loan.Staff is not aware of Online Renewal System.App is useless and though I visited offline staff is not aware of rules and not give proper info First they told can pay online through NEFT and then saying not possible.Then I gave them check then said you need to pay online. So i paid the amount greater than renewal amount .they said it will not be renewed because ai have to just pay the only renewal amount. But guys trust me not single persona in this staff who is priperly trained. .

I was scammed into applying for a costly debit card upgrade. When I brought this to the notice of branch operation manager and tbe branch manager they started selling me the card instead of fixing the issue. the branch manager is very rude and this branch doesn't care about customers,it only cares about charging the customer and getting money

Staff is only careful about achieving their targets. Following up for more than 2 months for netbanking related issues, but very unprofessional attitude and customer is the most neglected person once their product is sold...

Very dissatisfied with this branch. I was in urgent need of cash. ATM right next to it was not working. How disappointing?. Went inside and asked for pay to self slip to avoid going to another ATM and to avoid 5 transactions at ATM. They said need cheque. Why cheque is required to withdraw money from account? My own account!! Who carries cheque book. How to get cash in urgent times?

Visted several times but never get proper support and response. E.g. today 5th time visited for passbook update request and once again macine is not working There were more than 5 more people same issue nodding their head as they have informed branch manager too that machine is not working but she said can't do anything and we have to revert again Hopeless branch
