Very poor service. Employees here are very laid back and takes lot of time for a simple task. They make people keep waiting while they chat amongst themselves. Employees do not even know how to link Aadhar for Gas subsidy. I had to return without my work getting done. Worst experience than even government banks. Shame ICICI.

They are slow, understaffed and wastes a lot of time just to get a simple job done. I would suggest visiting the Fatima nagar branch or the one near Jyoti restaurant instead.
