From one month Ms Bhagyashree Kadam is play foolish game with me and harrase me she is hopeless ladies first call me that your credit card is ready and you resubmit the documents then I submit the all documents to branch and after that from one month not answer me properly sometime not pick the phone and she talk about manager that he is not properly talk about your case she ignore me I think these BANK is her family bank and we are fool if my all documents are not return me I complaint because I doubt she misuse my papers

Worst service. They change their rules everytime. Branch manager Mayank Sharma don't know how to talk with customers. He said do not come to branch from now.

I went there at 2pm for gold loan and the officer named Gauri Riswadkar said you have to come in the morning so after 3-4 days I went there in the morning at 10:20am and she said you have to come in the afternoon at 3pm. Is this insane ? Is this the service we are expecting?
