The service is very bad. There are idle couple of employees, sitting a/c and are gaining weight. Only one person actually works with only one terminal which is being used for every task in the branch. Only money deposit clerk looks sincere. Actually the staff made me sit in front so that the customers entering the bank would feel that some work is being done. But two tables were actually serving single customer and the queue, waiting time both getting longer.

Most pathetic icici bank brnach. Staff is lazy and lethargic with no attitude to help customer. Eveytime they have either network outage or power outage. Yesterday it was my third visit to submit some cash however I got recorded answer again network outage. This is sheer waste of time and energy. Don't visit this branch. Icici management seriously needs to train the employee to handle customer, improve infra or close this type of branches where basic facility like submission /collection of money is not possible. Most pathetic branch.

Very bad work culture. The staff of icici bank are not ready to help . A literal disgrace to icici bank . Never expected . Never ever gonna enter that bank again. Worst experience experience ever.

Worst service ever got from any bank. Even govt banks give more better service than this bank's Pisoli branch. Careless staff. Huge processing time for any work requested. Not recommended at all.
