Worst Branch Banking ever!!! Branch Manager (BADAL), Relationship Managers all are on sick leave mostly and they change/replace more than the weather here. They commit and dont deliver on basics. Fake promises. Rate of Interest is told low while signing up for Home loan and once the loan starts they say CIBIL. Never do they work on time. ICICI has lost its value since 2020.ICIIC needs to hire qualified people as branch managers.

Unhelpful STAFF.. Went to the branch to close my lo and. Paid everything they asked. That was on the 10th jan.. After two weeks they are asking me to pay more. They gave me misinformation. And now they are not ready to close the loan. This pathetic. Jagruti is the employee. Who gave the misinformation. I spent two hours to complete the process. She also refused to update my address. She said the loan will closed why u want to update thr address u come to bank we will provide with NOC. So to avoid their work they can go to any extended. But now I am going to suffer. Horrible staff and managers. When asked for a manager they did not allow me to spk to manager. They said he is not come. If this is thr behavior u suddenly close this branch. Or have some responsible people,. Very bad..

Worst experience despite have so many fixed deposits. Do not deal with Pravin jogdand as he is extremely rude .

this one is worst than Bund garden. Branch Manager cant speak with respect. Keeps starring angrily when asked a question. Staff is always on vacation or leave.

Very poor service by this bank don't open account in this bank as they don't give contact no of branches and customer care response is very poor so during current situation I stuck with this bank better to choose hdfc. I m closing account.... @icici is also fake bhai mere reply me don't write contact @icici.... Why u people are don't reply phone or emails
