Even after renewal of the insurance policy . Getting daily sms for again renewal . Pathetic Three weeks gone.still no policy in hand . Always had an bad experience with icici banking too I hope there is some one to see the issue and revert it

Purchased home loan secure policy from them. However they are not processing the claim though I have provided all the docs. Team is asking the same query 20 times, they do not check your email, even if you submit everything. They still say its not submitted. I have raised a grievance against them with govt. agency. Stay away from them, they are not genuine.
