since 2015 i am using there services nothing changed. Stand in queue and queue for passbook print. any form just wait and wait.. Branch big but less staff. I mostly prefer online transcation due to always pathetic experience.

They dont even deserv 1 star rating, my father gone there to take followup for kyc updation but he was treated very badly by the lady sitting there, pathetic service how IDBI management is tolerating all this ......

WORST service ever. Most irresponsible and arrogant representative. Does document list changes as per person handling the issue? Everytime I reach to branch, I am NOT getting right guidance. Total time waste. All I am getting is arrogant n irresponsible behaviour. I went there three times for same issue. 1. Even after waiting for 30 min, no one is ready to help. 2. After few days, I went again & asked for help on my need. Person didn't respond at all. After waiting for 10-15 min, I reminded him that I am waiting. Could you please help. He directed me to another person who again made me wait 15 min. As this was 2nd time, This made me irritated. Manager had observed that myself n wife was waiting for 30 min n nobody helped. He asked executive at least provide required forms to customer so that in mean time customer can fill up form. Then we received 10 pages form. I could have utilized my time for this. This made me even more irritated. We went back to home filled up all given forms 3. With given form n all required documents, we went to bank. I explained about the issue n handed over docs to relationship manager (different person than my prev visit) She was so impatient & arrogant that she was asking same question even after answering multiple times. And then she started talking about her rights to ask a question. She wasn't even listen to what we were saying. She asked me to fill up few additional forms. (This could have been given in my previous visit). This means I was either not guided in previous visit or being irritated in current visit I had to reach to manager. And had to explain my last three visit. Manager helped n then i could submit my docs. I hope my docs aren't thrown in dustbin. However I have taken written confirmation that i have submitted all docs n they have checked n accepted. It impacts customer's trust So always take confirmation after submitting docs.

IDBI Bank it is a Big bank located in this area after SBI Bank.They got good location with ATM near branch but they need to improve their services to serve better.
