Staff is third class. They don't have sense of customer management. They will ask you to come again and again for even small issue. I would like to suggest everyone that don't waste your time going to this place instead better change your service provider. Finally I'm going to port my number to other service provider.

Very bad experience on this store. I went for converting my no into prepaid but staff denies for the service and suggest me another store. When I spoke with customer care and they communicate with the store staff they totally made argument even with care staff also and denies to provide service. Very unprofessional staff in store I suggested authority to take action against them if they don't want to save idea customers.

Its located right opposite to the Chandannagar Chatrapati Shivaji statue. The store is visible right from the main road. One can get all prepaid and postpaid services done here. But the staffs are not at all customer friendly. They keep on gossiping and talking amongst themselves even when there are customers approaching the store. It feels like they are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I didn't like the way they talk to customer also. So be careful when approaching this store, their behaviour may make you gross enough to spoil your rest of the day.

Extremely rude staff. Me and my husband were pushed out of the store. We were told not to come back to the store as we supposedely disturbed the staff during their lunch time, which happens to be from 12 pm to 4 pm IST. Requesting the right authorities to take appropriate and strict action against this store and the employees.

I went there my idea sim upgradation. The people who work there are very helpful. The store is at walking distance for people who live in nearby localities specially dharmanagar and chandan nagar. This is the nearest idea store for people who live in there areas.

I wish to give "zero" stars if it was technically possible.Extremely unprofessional staff. Multiple incidents of man-handling and verbal assault by staff of this store. Staff uses unparliamentary language with customers and prospects. The treatment is only reason I am getting an MNP done. Unfortunately I have been a decade long loyal customer of idea.

No professionalism of staff in this store. Very bad attitude towards customers. Never got any work done in one visit. Had to visit 6 times to get my adhar linked to my number, as each time i was told that it was lunch time (or) server was down (or) the equipment was not working. The worst respone i got was that the staff didn't have time to attend and told me that it was least of their prioroties to get adhar linked. When i told them that i would compliain, they threatned me and told me to do whatever i could.
