I am a 66 year old Army Officer with a leg disability. I have been made to visit this store 4 times since Monday ,15 Feb for getting my SIM card replaced. The number was unfortunately in my son's name. He is in USA, unable to appear personally. I explained the dilemma on my first visit. My son's and mine documents have been scanned twice and still they say they will inform me when they get approval. They could have sent a whats app message because that still works on my phone. My whats app message detailing my son's NOC was ignored. I have no way to influence the management. (there was stony silence from the part of the manager when I did manage to meet him)

Vi services is good verygood but there ia one amazon sales person,he there for helping people to choose ,good phones but he didnt do that.when people go and starting seeing phones he say what r u doing ,what u want stay away.he everytime watching movies and other stuff .standing outside the shop this is my experience about him .i am there for 3 hours
