Very bad experience at IFD Point, the person sitting at the counter had no idea about the products and was unable to explain difference between the 2 models. Also he had no idea on pricing, and not even able to accept payment. Had I not been recommended by a friend to buy dishwasher from IFB then they would have surely lost a customer because of keeping any random person to attend the customers. IFB should take a note of this and improve their customer service, I hope that they will deliver and install the dishwasher and not give me another bad experience.

please dont buy IFB machine ,i had bought IFB upload machine from this show room in hadapsar,first the person dont have any knowledge abt the product and secondly they sale defective machine .In just month i am facing the problem ,the water is not stoping ,then when the service person visited he told me to put stabilizer cost of 3500 for my new machine. he visited twice but couldnt solve the problem.i ask them to replace my machine ,but the customer care and their manager are least bother. waste of money and time .

Its nice place to get all the deatils of each product. Their adavtages over other brands and pros of buying product from the store itself in lieu of buying from croma vijay sales or pravin agencies.

Had gone their to enquire about the washing machine but didn't had a very good experience as they had only one employee who was not even cooperative.He had no knowledge about the products nor he was willing to talk much. He just wanted us to purchase front loading though we were more interested in top loading. Seeing our preference he was not much willing to talk and was not even ready to negotiate the price. When we told him that we are getting the Same model at a lower price in another electronics he said then you are free to go there.
