If your are from SAP, this is definately NOT the place for you. They have salary deductions, employee bond system (using this they supress the rights of the employees), leave decuction, forcing IT employess to work from office during the pandemic, not paying the performance bonus amount, the salary in-hand is always different - deducting one or the other component each month. For me they also deducted an amount of 10k for no reason saying it as STANDARD DEDUCTION. And above of this, there is nothing to learn, no progess in the professional carrer. I was luckly enough to leave this company on-time.

Not a good company to work for. Autocratic environment, salary deductions are very common, unprofessional and unethical management.

Indo schottle is one of the leading manufacturers of various automobile parts (2 & 4 wheeler vehicles). Their products are good and reliable. People are very friendly. Company also installed 300KW rooftop solar with Fronius inverters to generate it's own power to support it's loads to some extent by Going the green way.

Third class company.. Join only if you are a fresher, will learn a lot of things.. Pathetic management, no canteen ,no transport.Company engages in micromanagement.Not at all recommended for experienced and well qualified guys..
