Very bad experience, highly suggest do not join this company, In covid not paid single rupees salary and after covid ask to work 2 hrs in a day and paid 30% salary for these 2 hrs, I received monthly salary Rs. 700 only. shame on me and resigned from the company.

No proper protocols to follow, no timelines, no employee satisfaction in this org. Poor employees join here, work for the whole day and they dont get their wages in time; rather get some un-necessary excuses. The management is highly unaware of any official process, thus taking advantage of needy employees and get them trapped keeping their salary for security deposit. Please DON'T ENCOURAGE this and DON'T EVER JOIN this org to RUIN your future. I wish...I could give a ZERO star to this.

Worst company, I worked more than 2 years, no concern about employees, in lock down company not paid salary to employees even after lock down there is no jobs in market so company took benefits and asked employees forcefully to work in salary of Rs. 1 or 2 thousand. I realized there is no career with this company.

I worked with iQuest more than 2 years, I feel no future in this company specially for IT peoples, no professionalism, worst HR policy and HR team, no proper management even seniors are very negative about company, no future for experience persona.

They are the worst company i have been interviewed on.I had given my 2 days for there whole interview process.3 rounds of interview they shortlisted and when it comes to ctc they are even not able to give 10% hike and just tell that they don't have this much budget for the same .if they don't have the budget they should tell this in the beginning why to waste the time of candidates if they cannot offer.
