Excellent place to relax with family and friends. Something which is not too much outside pune but away from your routine where you can relax for some days.

The house is very nice and is nicely maintained. For a weekend relaxation its a great place. The house is equipped with all the things you need, right from everything that you need for cooking to things to play. You can relax in the open space below the house on swings and beds while listening to music. The care takers is also friendly and will help you with anything that you need. Enjoy your Stay!

It's a Fantastic place for a group of friends and a huge family (else it would be expensive for a 3 or 4 people to visit the place, of course if there's no finance issue then pls book it without second thoughts). The only drawback back is the food and breakfast charges. For a group of 11, we paid 250/- per plate, for 2 kilos of chicken with gravy, rice and Bhakri. And tea again 250/-, wherein except for the tea powder everything else was provided by us (ingredients). Hence the minus one point ;) Besides, it's an excellent place for an overnight visit. You will never regret your decision of visiting this place. And the owner, Mr Sunil Bane, is a gentleman. We broke the bar counter, which was made of marble, and he was calm upon knowing the incident. He simply said, please enjoy yourself and we can talk about it later. Very genuine. Enjoy your stay.

House is lovely. Surrounding superb. Lots of crockery avalable. Very suitable if there are enthusiastic chefs in the group. Well stocked with interesting books. Cushions were a little dirty. WC needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Overall very suitable for office team outings.

The house is very nice. It is a beautifully maintained . The problem is the management. The caretaker pintu initially was not attending us properly. We were travelling with kids. We called him a day ago to keep the lunch ready by 2 pm. We were served lunch at 3.15 pm. There are many appliances ( 3 refrigerators, one microwave). None of them were working. The water pressure is low. The worst thing is there was no electricity the whole night and the next day morning but no power back up and the management was least bothered to do anything. It is something that you pay the whole money in advance and the owner doesn't bother if anything goes wrong. Finally when we were leaving the place, there was no water.
