Pathetic Service. Need some professionalism. I am not getting promised Internet Speed. Fluctuation of Network is a daily issue. I will not recommend even if they reduces their prices. Will give you headache if you call their Office. They just say "we will send someone to fix the issue". They dont fix it on time!

They are providing the worst service. Whatever the plan is you will get only 1-2mbps or below that. They will never gonna receive call.

Worst customer service. They just don't care about the customers. They will just keep promising and will never fulfill it. I wish I could have some other option in my area to switch the network. Very bad. My internet is down since yesterday and I've made 25 calls since yesterday, even visited their office twice and sent so many whatsap messages, but they just say one thing... 'our technician will come soon', but nobody comes.

I have never seen such a pathetic service. They take 2000 rs as deposit which is non-refundable and I am using 20 mbps broadband service which cost 600 rs which need to be paid in advance of every month. Every single day I am facing internet connectivity issue which is not resolved at all. When we call service provider they keep saying that they are sending technician at our place to resolve connectivity issue. But no one come to resolve the issue. I would suggest don't go with Jaguar broadband service. They are non professional.

The most disgusting service that can be provided. I have been chasing them for 3 months for a connection but they just don't care. The only response i get everyday is tomorrow. They have a bunch of reasons to give and are not bothered about their business. Stay away from them if you value your piece of mind. Their connection lines are broken all the time and they have been conducting repairs since months.

No timely response. No service support. Internet speed is always fluctuating or down cause of electricity backup issues. In short bas kaam chalau hai jabtak Airtel ya Hathway nahi aa jata.
