Living in near this place since 8 years now and till now it has given us no chances to complain. The Pizza's given here are reasonably good and tasty But, the choice of products is less....The prices are fairly reasonable and have offers time to time. Overall Home delivery service is good. Only Halal is served.

Been visiting to Jazz Pizza(NIBM) before lock-down and they use to serve amazing pizzas and so even after residing 15km away from the pizza center my family decided to order pizza on 10-10-2020 at around 9pm and I had sent my elder son to collect the parcel as the distance was on a unserviceable radar, considering most of the restaurant services are working on take-away basis. So, after waiting for like 2hrs finally my son arrives with the pizza boxes and we were eager to munch on 3 "cheese burst" pizza, however, to our surprise none of the pizza's were "cheese burst" even though it was mentioned on the bills as well, so like every random father I started complaining to my son that why didn't he check before bringing and he had an appropriate answer of how would one check in those sealed boxes, which is a fair point, and so I called Jazz Pizza and spoke to some lady who had no clue what so ever on how to deal with the situation and so she handed the phone to some manager name "Mahadav", now furthermore to my frustration this smarta** manager tries to get rid of me by saying that it would be adjusted next time and his dialogues are like "ok sir... thank you... okay sir... bye", clear it shows that these guys doesn't want to accept their mistake and just get rid of the situation, so when I asked this manager of how will he keep the track of this incident to compensate me in future, does he know my name or the bill no. and then he was blank, so overall I am sure that the so called compensation will never happen and this guys has turned into a real nightmare for people opting for take-aways pizzas. Moral of the Story : Always check the indigrents of the pizza that you had order is in accordance to your request on such take-away centers specifically at Jazz Pizza(NIBM).

This is one of the places which doesn't get as much recognition it should. I first visited this place when it was open at vimannagar and I was very satisfied. They gave us very nice deal. I ordered a 20 inch vegetarian pizza on which they served 8 inch pizza complimentary. The starters are also great and food quality is good too. Undoubtedly satisfies your pizza cravings.

I have been a regular customer at this place since 2016 till now. I don't know what's wrong with the management the place will serve great pizzas once the customer flow is gone and as soon as it gets a decent customer base the pizza quality will take a hit.
