When you have a premium vehicle, it requires similar care and service. JB Automotive is one such destination to service your Vespa and Aprilia. I had been to this place last week (during tge covid times). The location is off Paud road, first you will feel ‘yaar ye kaha aagae’ (where the hell did I come). But when you locate the service centre on your right with familiar logos of Vespa and Aprilia, your anxiety is put to rest. First impression is not that great as you really dont know if you have to go in out wait outside for some one to attend you. But you can discount this impression as it is Covid times and not much staff would be available. The representative attended within 5 minutes and asked the problem. The estimate for changing the front mud guard was correctly estimated, even the duration it would take was estimated right. Overall it was a good experience. Could have been better, but as I mention, due to Covid times you may receive it a bit sub standard. After the whole experience I dont mind giving my Vespa for a service at this place. By the way, do ask for the 1 year AMC, I guess it’s affordable.

I would have not even given one star rating but that is the least I assume. The staff is not up to the mark and especially the sales person. Behave like they are always there to help but do not mention the their so called rules and mock you off your hard earned money under the set of rules that come into picture when you decide to cancel the booking. I guess the sales are not going so good these days and that is the reason they mock you off your hard earned money. Lol.

I was looking for BS4 lockset because I bought preowned 2018 SR150 Aprilla. I asked at reception that I want lockset. The guy at the counter told me it's not available you have to leave the scooter here for 2 days. I dont wanted to installed lockset I want lockset. You know the guy at reception was not good listener he was trying to sell me service which I dont needed.
