Got puppy food of royal canin. To note I loved this place because they had rottweiler puppy food (breed specific) which I was desperately searching. They also gave discount of 10% on 12kg pack royal canin rottweiler puppy food.️️

Good variety of supplies - from dog and cat food to toys and equipment needed for pet care. As much as the name says Just Dogs, we found an excellent cat harness and leash which we couldn't find in any other pet shop or even online. The shop floor assistant was also very attentive and extra caring about our pet. Definitely a good place to get value products for your dog... Or cat!

They do have a variety of brands available and got my dog groomed there once which was satisfactory. Besides that feedback for staff is neutral. Billing staff could be trained to be a bit more pleasing. One staff helped me sincerely with finding my pet indie puppy dry hypoallergenic food which I really appreciate. Other sales staff appeared to be just commercial minded to get you to buy the most expensive stuff out there. Be sure to know what you want to some extent and not talked into buying the most expensive stuff for your pet.

VERY ANNOYED THAT I'M GETTING SPAMMED WITH SMS MESSAGES AGAINST MY PERMISSION. I visited Just Dogs in the past and declined to give my mobile number as I didn't want to receive promotional text messages due to the overwhelming amount of spam I am getting on my phone. I even changed my phone number to get rid of them. TWO DAYS after changing my phone number I visited Just Dogs in Kalyani Nagar Pune to order a new tag for my dog with my new clean number. The lady on the till secretly without my permission took my new mobile number off my dogs tag and added it to their database. Now I am getting spammed with Just Dogs text messages. I have phoned up the lady at the branch to complain three times to remove my number but STILL I am getting spam messages. Am furious. Will not visit store again as this is very underhand behaviour.

Amazing shop with superb staff ! Lots of varieties in toys, food and sanitary stuff for pets. The staff is friendly with pets and give awesome pet spa services. Over all a ppaawwwsome experience
