@just Dial I did recharge of Airtel. But amount didn’t get credited to my account on same day. On same date, I have called multiple times to customer care asking by what time i can expect recharge. Every-time i was getting same answer as “ Respective team reach out to you asap”. And they were not ready to transfer my call to respective team. At a point of time one person said am transferring your call to respective team and after 20 mins she asked me again “ Are you there? And wait am transferring your call” I am not getting what was the motto after kept me on hold for 20 mins and asked again “ Are you there?” It’s kind of misguide and testing patience of customer. After that another person talked with me from same team and gave me same answer as First person said. There was no meaning of call got transferred to other. And at the end , on 3rd Day, They called me saying that they will refund my amount. The motive to explaining scenario in detail because customers can understand the service from JustDial. I have very bad experience with Just Dial. I have recently started my company and registered in Just Dial in a hope to reach out to the customers. Just dial representative explained us different packages and plan, out of which I have selected their ‘Guaranteed Lead’ plan. I have been told about this plan is that it deducts the amount from the paid balance on each and every lead and if the lead is not genuine then the amount will be refunded in the Wallet. However, from day one I was not getting the option as ‘irrelevant’ in lead status. Due to which my balance is keep on reducing with each and every lead but I am not able to get the refund for the irrelevant leads. Most of the leads are irrelevant and I have given this list to Just Dial representative also so that he can manually process that and get me the refund. Initially they told me that this option would be enabled after one hour , then they told it will be enabled in 24 hours.. but till date this option is not coming up in my JD account. I have followed up almost daily with Just dial manager Pooja, executive Prashant and just dial customer care.. but My issue is not getting resolved. Now they are saying, you will not get that option and your request is in progress. It’s been close to a month now n still there is no resolution. They are telling that Other companies who has taken the same plan are getting the option to make the lead as irrelevant but not me. I am totally frustrated now.. paid huge amount to JD but they are not prompt enough to resolve my issue. It’s really very frustrating and affecting my health as daily I need to tell the same story to the customer care executive, sometime I get so hyper that my BP gets shoot up. Finally I raised the court complaint against JD. I would suggest the future buyers not to go with this plan ‘guaranteed lead’ with just dial if you don’t want to get into this trap.

Be Safe! Stay Alert! Its a Fraud Company Have been signed up for JD services in 2016 on a year basis contract and payment was being debited by ECS every month. I never renewed the contract later that year but the ECS kept on debiting. Finally in year 2020 in the month of MARCH i mailed them to process STOP ECS request and its OCTOBER 2020 still no response. Recently they asked me to pay more 2 months ECS in order to process ECS STOP request within 48hrs and now still there is no call or email for my ECS stop confirmation after payment is made.

Completely fake company.. never buy their packages. You will loose your money. They maintain fake reviews on their portal. Their representatives are liers.

We were a member of Just Dial paid services for the past year. Just Dial continued to charge us even after the one year contract without permission. We tried complaining 3-4 times formally but no response from them. Their email I'd is also not working & all our mails keep bouncing back. We are having a horrible experience with Just Dial right now. I hope somebody sensible from the head office reads this & resolves our issues.
