Jyoti India appliances has pathetic service. My chimney has issue for last 6 months. I am continuously raising the issue but they are just doing trial and error method and no concrete solution. It emits some black material from outlet and spoiling my ceiling. First, Service centre people said to get service done to resolve the issue. I did it and still no improvement. When i raised issue again, they asked me to change carbon filter. I did that too but no improvement. Now again I am calling them and they are asking me to get service done. So far I have spent more than Rs. 3500. I claen jaali every weekend but still having this issue. They are just looting the customer. They take lot of time even to attend complaint. I have been calling them daily for last 8 days and everytime I got just one answer that the technician will come tomorrow. Its customer's responsibility to remind them daily. Even the service center supervisor does the same thing. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY JYOTI PRODUCTS. THEY COMMIT TO ATTEND COMPLAINT WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT TAKES LOTS OF TIME AND MANY FOLLOWUPS.

Glass top of stove broke in 6 months use. Wrost quality. Please don't buy. These are cheater people and Puad raod shop is most wrost.
One of the worst buy. Bought high range has system from them, broke down in 2 months. Following up with customer care for few days, but no one has visited me yet
