They charge even for first free servicing. Very pathetic service. Even the charges are very high.

Poor and pathetic service by K Kothari Toyota.They didnt fit my cars brakepads after Service and accidental body repair.

I visit here once in a year to service my car. The servicing is good. Charges are little on higher side. But the process is transparent. They allow you to stay and watch your car being serviced. Last time while cleaning the car from inside, I later found out that they have broken clips of the footmats which were quite expensive and also broke Ganpati on dashboard. I have complained later, but no satisfactory answer was given. So I have decided to remove all the accessories before giving the car into their possession for servicing next time. Better you people reading this review do the same and don't take a chance.

Sales team doesn't know anything, they gave me broken jack with Innova crysta, when I asked for replacement, they said we can't do anything this how it has come from company...they are running the name of Toyota...useless staff with zero knowledge and zero support...will take it on twitter with Toyota..
