Worst service. Bought a remote car from Kala toys and found out an issue in the car once it was unpacked at home. The vety next day I travelled 12 kms and vsiited the shop to reolace the faulty car, but the shop owner said the car is not working due to rough use and declined to replace/ refund. He asked me to keep the car and he will try to repair it. After 15 days he called me to collect the repaired car. I again traveled 12 km and once I ask him to test it, to my shock the car wasn't repaired at all. He said he didn't test it earlier and called me directly. I couldn't beleive it. I had paid more than double the price already in tems of travel cost, frustration and time. He asked me to go home and he will call again once the car is ok. This is 30th day now I am still awaiting call from the owner. Never ever buy anyyhing from this shop again. Not a trustworthy service.
