Even though I haven't bought my bike from them,their service has not been changed for me . Each and every person there is helpful and well mannered. And there work is also upto the mark, their supervisors explain you the root cause of issue and help you to avoid facing same issue again. Timely and good service !!

Pathetic experience each time I visited this service center. 1. Even though initially staff is cooperative, you see that non of your bike problems solved servicing. 2. Technical staff don't have proper knowledge and expertise. 3. Each time I visited here, I had to revisit the very next or from the half way to home since instead of repairing the vehicle they created some problems in bike. 4. Similar experience thrice. I shall never visit this service center. It better to get bike repaired or serviced from non - Yamaha auto shop.

Kamala Yamaha is the best service centre for Yamaha bikes. They explain each and every thing in detail and always provide top notch service to your bike. My bike performance is like brand new bike the day I got it serviced at their workshop.

Very good and timely service provided by them. Bike felt like a new one after servicing.. just one thing I did not like is they lost one of my documents while processing and they were pretending like they didn't have it... Otherwise service is GOOD..

They will always make sure that the problem with your vehicle is not entirely solved so that you have to come back to them again. And they will keep on discovering new issues in your vehicle on your each visit. Seems like this is their strategy to earn more.

Arrogancy at peak.... Asked for test ride of FZ25 on Gudi Padwa.Lady told me there was no bike available for test ride even though test bike was parked just outside.After mentioned that, she told there was no staff to attain me on test ride even though entire staff was siting there. What do they think about customers, are we buggers???? Went straight to Monarch Yamaha,tilak road, paid full amount on the spot and took brand new FZ25... I was keen to buy Yamaha only,hence atleast i went to another Yamaha showroom.Another potential customer would have bought Honda or Suzuki instead... Yamaha be aware of this Dealers.......

The only big Yamaha service center in Pimpri-Chinchwad, still no spare parts available! They are always out of stock and if you tell them to order, they say it will take 2-3 months...! Got the same components (genuine) from a local mechanic within 2 days. Grow up, Yamaha!

Worst experience ever.. 1)They have no knowledge about the bike 2)They keep telling you to replace parts for no reason 3)Nuts go missing after the bike comes back from a servicing 4)im never going here again
