Worst Service....I gave my r15 for servicing as it was an accident case.They stole my bike's small parts like wire holder, nuts and some clips. When I complained to the Supervisor Suraj.....He said "Agli baar yeh sab parts aap ghar pe rakhte jao"...He also said that the parts might have been fitted to some other bike. And he never returned me the parts back. Also when I asked him about the scratches, he said "Utna chalta hai bhaiya!"....moron!! Save yourselves and never go there...Now I service my bike at Kasarwadi Service Centre.....

This is the worst possible dealership you can go to. 1. The ppl there actually 'ride' your 'new' bike/scooter from their warehouse to the showroom. 2. They don't grease the vehicle properly (they just apply them on the sides just for the sake of doing it). 3. They are over-priced. There's another showroom for Yamaha in Shivaji Nagar (Pune), and they have cheaper rates and better service (at least that's what I heard, but I can confirm about the price part) 4. These guys don't even give original Yamaha key-chains !! They provide second-rate key-chains showing their dealership logo. Overall it was a really really disappointing experience. I would personally recommend people who live in/around Pune to go and book their vehicle from the showroom at Shivaji Nagar.
