POSITIVE: Doctor Sagar is very good with diagnosis and treatment. Staff is also good. NEGATIVE : They are running there shelter as an hospital without empathy. The owner's are sometimes very rude. They are not responsive with case. Knowing about the critical condition of the animal they clearly denies the admission.

NEVER GO HERE! \u200d All my experiences with this place are bad I wish there were minus points charging exorbitant amount for treating strays too Then what's the point of calling yourself an NGO? The owner or manager is very rude Giving their ego priority over an animal in need I WOULDN'T recommend this place at all Raising money as well as charging a lot for treatment of homeless animals even after having adequate resources

One of the finest rescue organisations in pune. They are cat specialist. Any major surgery can done. It’s a blessing to have such an organisation in the Neighburhood. They also have pets for adoption.
We sent two society cats for neutering. They did a very good job. The cats were well taken care of and the people there seemed very professional. The place was very clean, and the pricing very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Very rude behavior! By some girl in that NGO ( Karma Foundation). That girl scolded me! what the hell? Guys you take money from us (heavy rates) then why this language and this rude behavior ? “We are busy and this number is for emergency and we are not here to tell you the process ! we don’t care about your ego if you take a lot money from us then you have to give us information or shut down that damn place and go home. You don't know how to talk to humans, i can only imagine how they deal with animals? God knows
