Ksbl is shut in Pune. All queries have to be couriered or mailed to the Hyderabad office. The office is relocated to Kamala Arcade in JM Road. they handle only KFin.

They have shifted from their old office to new premises. Very efficient service. All my questions were answered and documents were provided relatively quickly.

During lockdown though offices were closed, work from home option was open, so your customer care should have worked properly. All your contact numbers were not respond ing, now numbers are not available!! Even if you have a small query you have to all the way visit their office. Office is not open during the timing given online.....

This place is not what one would want an investment firm to be but with modest looks and modest staff who seemed bit rude at first but later very helpful during my two interactions must mention Sheetal who was good and helpful it could have been better had she been little more friendly from first, but looking at cheating cases they might be checking the gunuin cases for change of banks and nominations or something else. You could easily solve all your queries there regarding mutual fund related things..

Very careless service. They are not careful even about what documents needed for change of bank details in mutual funds they deal. As a result of KARVY's incorrect documentation, my request was rejected by Mirae MF last week. Be very cautious while dealing them.
